DECEMBER STATISTICS

During the month of December the following cases were filed in Probate Court under the direction of Judge Luann Cooperrider:  twelve estates and eleven marriage licenses were issued. The Probate Court now has advanced directive forms for any citizen for a minimal fee.

DECEMBER STATISTICS

During the month of December under the direction of Judge Luann Cooperrider, there were a total of seventy-two new cases filed with the Perry County Juvenile Court. There were three delinquency cases, six juvenile traffic cases, three unruly, and no permanent custody case filed. There were eleven cases of abuse, neglect, dependency, and no cases of Adult Contributing cases filed. In the Paternity-Custody Division, there were forty-nine cases that were new or reactivated.
