OCTOBER STATISTICS

During the month of October the following cases were filed in Probate Court under the direction of Judge Luann Cooperrider: eighteen estates, one guardianship, one adoption, one name change, one correction of birth and one minor settlement. There were twenty-six marriage licenses issued during the month and Judge Cooperrider performed two wedding ceremonies.

OCTOBER STATISTICS

During the month of October under the direction of Judge Luann Cooperrider, there were a total of fifty-six new cases filed with the Perry County Juvenile Court. There were two delinquency cases, five juvenile traffic cases, six unruly, and three permanent custody case filed. There were two cases of abuse, neglect, dependency, and no cases of Adult Contributing cases filed. In the Paternity-Custody Division, there werethirty-eight cases that were new or reactivated.
