SEPTEMBER STATISTICS

During the month of September the following cases were filed in Probate Court under the direction of Judge Luann Cooperrider: nineteen estates, one guardianship, one adoption, two name changes, one registration of birth and one case to sell a structured settlement. There were forty marriage licenses issued during the month and Judge Cooperrider performed four wedding ceremonies.

SEPTEMBER STATISTICS

During the month of September under the direction of Judge Luann Cooperrider, there were a total of sixty-four new cases filed with the Perry County Juvenile Court. There were four delinquency cases, fourteen juvenile traffic cases, two unruly, and no permanent custody case filed. There were six cases of abuse, neglect, dependency, and no cases of Adult Contributing cases filed. In the Paternity-Custody Division, there were thirty-eight cases that were new or reactivated.
