SPN (Southern Perry Network) is a group of Community Stakeholders working to boost and support local businesses throughout southern Perry County. The group formed in 2018 as part of the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) Power grant-funded initiative that aims to help communities organize themselves to aid their small businesses to better grow and thrive in a stronger economy.
