Perry County Ohio Park District is hosting a Woodcock Watch on Sunday, March 19 at 7:30 p.m. at Ludowici Community Foundation Park - New Lexington, Ohio.
With any luck, we will see and hear their unique courtship and aerial displays. But it will require us to be a good and quiet audience. There will be a short (2-3 minute) walk from the parking lot for optimal viewing. Some mud may be encountered so please dress for the weather and ground conditions. Bring a chair or blanket to sit on if desired and a flashlight for the walk back.
The program will last approximately an hour. We hope to see you there!
