Flag Lowering - March 23, 2021
In remembrance of the victims of the shooting in Boulder, Colorado, Mike DeWine, Governor of the State of Ohio, proclaims that the flags of the United States and the State of Ohio shall be flown at half-staff upon all public buildings and grounds throughout the State of Ohio until sunset on Monday, March 27, 2021.
