Flag Lowering - Memorial Day, Monday, May 31, 2021
In honor of Memorial Day, Mike DeWine, Governor of the State of Ohio, proclaims that the flags of the United States and the State of Ohio shall be flown at half-staff upon all public buildings and grounds throughout the State of Ohio from sunrise until noon on Monday, May 31, 2021.
