Flag Lowering - October 18, 2021
In honoring the life and service of General Colin Powell, Mike DeWine, Governor of the State of Ohio, proclaims that the flags of the United States and the State of Ohio shall be flown at half-staff upon all public buildings and grounds throughout the State of Ohio until sunset on Friday, October 22, 2021.
