Electricians finished installing lights, and both they and the plumbing crew have passed final partial inspections. The HVAC crew finished equipment startup are now working on air balancing. CK framers continued access panel and cove ceiling installation. CK carpenters have continued to work on door hardware installation, woodwork for the transaction counter, and installing the historic stair’s Newel posts. Roofers completed installing TPO on the east roof. Painters continued final coats on the ground and first and second floors and have begun finishing the courtroom furniture. Elevator installation is ongoing.
