Job Description
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
- Cleaning dog kennels
- General building cleaning
- Feeding dogs
- Walking dogs
- Administering medications.
Experience & Requirements
Applicant must be able to perform physical activity in all types of weather and be able to lift 50 lbs. It is preferable to have dog handling experience, but not required. Also must have reliable transportation for getting to the shelter.
Compensation & Benefits
This position is part-time Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Compensation will be at the rate of $11.50 per hour. The position also includes the ability to accrue sick leave.
