Some additional progress pics of the shared magistrate court room. That is the support pole that extends all the way to the ground that I’ve mentioned. The safe still protected in plywood. You can see the new wall with sheet rock for the public entrance; note the jack arches have the bricks parge coated, and the giant HVAC unit on the ceiling. I’ll be showing more of those. When we are finished, all those will be hidden above the finished ceilings. The old boiler in the basement of the sheriff’s office that heated the courthouse from the beginning has been decommissioned. (Remember that silver insulated pipe that crossed the alley overhead? It’s gone. That was the heated boiler steam going to the courthouse). The last pic is the north doorway. That pit is where all the electric service for the courthouse is coming in underground and distributed throughout the building from there. We are replacing 100% of the electrical service. Sorry to bounce around, but there is a lot to share.
