The ground flood will be devoted to our “County Court”. This courtroom is undergoing the most extensive remodeling. The ground floor had two levels. We raised the lower level where the courtroom and some offices were located to have one consistent level. A very dense foam core was laid to fill most of that lift. This also provided space for utilities (electric, water, sewer) before the concrete was poured. The new floor is about 14 inches higher than the original. One pic shows the street level doorway along Brown Street. That doorway will become a window. There is a lot going on throughout this floor. Stay tuned.
