Perry County Courthouse | Hydro Vac

Last Friday, a hydro vac truck was on site. It essentially water blasts an area and then sucks the slurry out, gently creating a trench to find and expose every existing utility in the alley beside our courthouse (water, sewer, drainage, etc.). It is preparation for bringing our new water supply line into the building without damaging the maze of utilities in the alley.
