The new exterior doors are being hung in place. To say the ten-foot doors are “massive” is an understatement. For your benefit, Commissioner Bennett added some scale in the first pic. Once again we will have proper wooden doors that fill the entire door jams of our courthouse, not those aluminum modernized doors in an 1880 courthouse (Last pic). As with the windows, these new doors represent third generation improvements returning to the original regal construction of our courthouse.
