Perry County Court of Common Pleas

Judge Tina Boyer has been the Judge of the Perry County Court of Common Pleas, General Division since 2010. The Court has jurisdiction over all felony cases, such as drug trafficking, burglary, rape and felonious assault.

The Court has jurisdiction over all divorces, dissolutions and annulments. The Court also handles custody and child support when litigants do not want to terminate their marriage.

Finally, the Court handles civil cases such as, foreclosures, personal injury, workers compensation and civil protection orders.

Magistrate Jamie Farmer presides over Domestic Relations cases.
