The Common pleas courtroom ceiling is painted (The last couple pics show the old off-white versus the new bright white)! Currently cutting in numerous openings for lighting and HVAC vents. Combined with the new windows allowing in more light, it is already brighter. All the woodwork still needs the final paint, and the furniture in this courtroom is being refinished.
