One of the major structural problems we needed to fix with the courthouse was the leak in the common pleas courtroom on the second floor. The wall actually was leaning out nearly 5 inches, creating separation at the roof and allowing water in. Damage was extensive. These are before and after pics of the impacted corner. The new walls are artisan applied plaster (not drywall). Amazing work!
