Electricians continued installing lights and devices on all floors. The HVAC crew continued working on equipment startup on all floors. CK framers continued access panel and cove ceiling installation. CK carpenters have continued to work on door hardware installation and woodwork for the transaction counter, and have begun installing the historic stair’s Newel posts. CK iron workers finished installing the handrails of the courthouse’s historic staircase and began the clock tower ladder installation. Roofers continued installing TPO on the east roof. Painters continued final coats on the ground and first floors. Elevator installation is ongoing.

CK framers and carpenters continued wall and ceiling finishing, door hardware installation, and transaction counter casework, and have begun installing exterior doors. Plumbers have continued to install bathroom fixtures and finished the generator tie-in. Painters continued final coats on the ground and first floors, and the faux painter began painting the corridor walls on the first floor. The flooring crew have completed a mockup for the original tile restoration and has begun installing floor fill on the ground floor.

CK framers and carpenters are still finishing the walls and ceilings on all floors as well as installing door casings and door hardware. Plumbers continued to install bathroom fixtures. Painters are still painting the doors on the ground floor and ceilings on the first floor and second floor. Our faux painter is currently working on the second-floor courtroom’s wood graining. The flooring crew finished laying carpet in the second-floor courtroom.

The HVAC crew continued ductwork on the first floor and installation of refrigeration lines in the attic. CK framers continued to install framing and drywall on the second floor, while CK carpenters continued door casing and began installing door hardware. Graves lumber carpenters installed the intermediate tower stair platform. Plumbers continued to install bathroom fixtures. The CK concrete crew poured the Northwest sidewalk. Painters continued painting the doors on the ground floor and ceilings on the first and second floor. Plasterers installed the eagle medallion in the first-floor corridor. The flooring crew began laying carpet in the first-floor courtrooms. Roofers continued TPO on the Eastern roof.
