Electricians continued installing lights and devices on all floors. The HVAC crew continued ductwork and refrigeration lines in the attic. CK framers and carpenters continued wall and ceiling finishing, door hardware installation, and transaction counter casework, and have begun installing exterior doors. Plumbers have continued to install bathroom fixtures and finished the generator tie-in. Painters continued final coats on the ground and first floors, and the faux painter began painting the corridor walls on the first floor. The flooring crew have completed a mockup for the original tile restoration and has begun installing floor fill on the ground floor.

The flooring crew finished laying carpet in the second-floor courtroom.

Graves lumber carpenters installed the intermediate tower stair platform. Plumbers continued to install bathroom fixtures. The CK concrete crew poured the Northwest sidewalk. Painters continued painting the doors on the ground floor and ceilings on the first and second floor. Plasterers installed the eagle medallion in the first-floor corridor. The flooring crew began laying carpet in the first-floor courtrooms. Roofers continued TPO on the Eastern roof.

CK framers continued framing install and drywall on the second floor, and carpenters are still working on door casing and wood wainscot in the first-floor courtrooms. The CK concrete crew has finished pouring the new sidewalk. Painters continued painting the doors on the ground floor and ceilings on the first floor. The flooring crew began laying carpet on the ground floor and continued ceramic tiling in the bathrooms. Roofers began TPO on the eastern roof.

CK framers and carpenters continued installing framing, drywall, door casing and wood trim on the first and second floors. CK iron workers finished welding the clock tower stairs. Painters continued painting doors on the ground floor and ceilings on the first floor. The flooring crew has begun floor prep on the ground floor. Roofers installed the clock tower’s copper finial and TPO on the south flat roof. The elevator technician’s installation of the new elevator is ongoing.
