Electricians continued second floor wall and ceiling rough-in and have set the generator. The HVAC crew continued ductwork on the first floor and refrigeration lines in the attic. CK concrete installed formwork for the concrete sidewalk on the Southwest side of the building. CK framers continued installing framing and drywall on the second floor. CK carpenters continued door casing on the first and second floor. Painters finished priming the ground floor and are continuing to prime ceilings on the first and second floor. Elevator installation is ongoing. The flooring crew continued floor fill on the first floor and have begun ceramic tiling in the second-floor restroom.
Judge Tina Boyer of the Perry County Court of Common Pleas, General Division, was privileged to attend a reception for County elected officials at the Governor’s Mansion, with her son, Mason, on May 1, 2025. They enjoyed seeing the Governor, Mike DeWine, and the First Lady, Fran.

CK framers began install of the drywall on the first floor ceilings and continued framing on the second floor. CK carpenters continued window trim installation, door casing install, and began layout of historic newel posts. Painters continued priming and first coat of existing ground floor ceilings. Elevator technicians continued elevator install. Interior masons parged the arches in the bell tower.
