Regular meetings will be held on the second Monday of each month.
Exception: If a regular meeting date falls on a holiday, the meeting will be held the following (third) Monday.

The media and public will be given 24-hour notice for any special meetings and 48-hour notice for any changes to the regular meeting date, time, or location.
