The Perry County Job and Family Services Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was received on December 12, 2025. The MOU has been found to be compliant with the requirements in Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) rule 5180:3-1-26 The County Memorandum of Understanding to Address Child Abuse and Neglect.
