Perry County Broadband Mapping Project Live + Virtual Info Session April 9, 2021
This month (April) we (Community Foundation for Perry County) are focused on data collection for better broadband across Perry County. Access to broadband in Perry County was a problem before COVID-19 - the pandemic only made these gaps more acute. Inadequate broadband prevents students from accessing distance learning tools, seniors from receiving telemedicine, businesses from allowing telecommuting for employees, and families staying connected virtually.

LOGAN, OH - The Southeast Ohio Foodbank, a program of Hocking Athens Perry Community Action, will be hosting drive-through food distributions at 1005 CIC Drive in Logan. Distributions will be Monday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. until the end of April. Food items will be given to families who are residents the Foodbank’s 10-county service area, including Athens, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Lawrence, Meigs, Morgan, Perry, Vinton, and Washington counties.
