The purpose of the Recorder’s Office is to maintain land records in an organized and easily accessible format. Many types of documents are recorded for public record. Without the County Recorder’s office, accurate land ownership, title transfers and mortgage histories would be almost impossible.
The Recorder’s Office also offers Fraud Alert to the Landowners of Perry County at no cost.
Record listings are available via the Adaptable Visual Access web site. You will be able to get the volume and page number of various document types. The actual documents/images are NOT online. Please call or email this office to get payment options and information regarding fees.
