The mission of this program is to improve the overall understanding of reducing the amount of waste we generate in our community. We strive to encourage the REDUCE~REUSE~RECYCLE ethic including composting, as well as litter prevention!
We always encourage & support community clean-up events!

What materials do you accept?
Glass:
• Clear & Brown beverage bottles are accepted. Please remove all plastic/metal lids and rings.
Plastics:
• Milk jugs, pop bottles & other containers with #1 or #2 in recycling triangle near the bottom of container are accepted.
Aluminum Cans:
• All “tin” and steel food cans are accepted.
Newspapers, Magazines, Office Paper and Catalogs:
• Newspapers may be thrown in loose.
• Slick, glossy magazines and catalogs are also accepted.
• Shredded paper should be in clear bags. ONLY tied bags are allowed.
Corrugated Cardboard and Pasteboard:
• All corrugated boxes are accepted – this includes cereal boxes, pop boxes and other thin pasteboard materials. Please flatten boxes to save space!
